Sources Sought Notice - #2032H326N00011 Financial Management and Business Support Services 1.0 SYNOPSIS The Treasury Common Services Center (TCSC) provides shared acquisition and operational support services across the Department of the Treasury (Treasury). As part of this mission, TCSC Acquisition Services supports Treasury-wide procurement reporting, analytics, data quality, and acquisition oversight activities. The U.S. Department of the Treasury, Office of the Deputy Chief Financial Officer (ODCFO) requires specialized financial analysis, accounting, and business services to support its business operations. These services will help improve operational efficiencies, systems and data integrity, and support the implementation of new and current agency-wide business initiatives. Responses to this Sources Sought Notice (SSN) will help ODCFO assess the marketplace for contractors capable of delivering the required services. The contractor shall provide financial management and accounting support services to include technical research of GAAP, OMB, and legislative requirements, accounting and analytical services in areas such as proprietary and budgetary reporting, variance analysis, problem resolution, data reconciliation, abnormal accounting conditions and business process improvements while also helping to maintain robust internal controls that facilitate Treasury’s compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidance. The Contractor must provide all management, labor, and supervision necessary to satisfy Performance Work Statement (PWS) requirements. The Treasury has not determined the acquisition approach.
