General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: WA City: Bremerton Delineated Area: East – Washington Ave, West – Kitsap Lake Road, NW, North – Erlands Point Road, NW, South – W Sunnfjord Lane Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,000 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 2 Parking Spaces (Surface): 2 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 5 years Additional Requirements: Ground floor, contiguous space, is required. Gate access and fenced perimeter are required. 10,000 square feet storage space, with overhead clearance from ceiling or overhead obstructions at a minimum of 16 feet. Security standards are required to meet "Facility Security Level 1". Key or electronic access control for entrance to the building. Space access for government employees within the submarine battery program, are required 24/7 access to the facility. Roofs with HVAC systems shall be secured, to prevent illegal entry. Fencing or other barriers are required to prevent illegal access to the facility. Fencing around truck loading areas shall be a minimum 7 foot (2.13m) high chain link fence topped with a 1-foot outrigger arm at a 45-degree angle, which includes three strands of equally spaced barbed wire. Fence is required to have signage identifying the area as governmental property. If building contains windows, they need to be secured to prevent illegal entry if window is broken. Roof access is required to be strictly controlled via measures such as locks, keycards, etc. Fire and life safety egress is required to be carefully reviewed when restricting roof access.
