Chiropractic Tables Salt Lake City (VAHCS), Utah BRIEF SCOPE OF WORK (This is for information Only) PURPOSE The purpose of this requirement is to deliver two (2) Chiropractic Table to VA SLC Utah Health Care System, located at 500 Foothill Drive Salt Lake City, Utah 84148. SCOPE The Contractor shall deliver all items listed All items must meet all salient characteristics defined The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supplies, and equipment required for delivery.
