(ABOA): 3,500 Space Type: Warehouse Parking Spaces (Total): 1 Parking Spaces (Surface): 1 Adjacent to space Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 8 Option Term: N/A Additional Requirements: -Must have a minimum of one ground level roll-up door, which must be no smaller than an 10’H X12’W and one door for pedestrian access. -Foundation must be able to accommodate weights at least 75 lbs./square foot. Below are minimum requirements for space but are subject to internal security review prior to acceptance of space and: 1) Be located within a low threat area of the city. 2) Shall NOT be located in close proximity to foreign government agencies. 3) Are subject to internal security review prior to acceptance of space. 4) Shall not be located around foreign owned businesses. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
