Amendment 0002 is issued to provide the base access form for the scheduled site visit, provide for a rescheduled site visit date, and extend the submission deadline.

The work consists of providing all labor, materials, and equipment, as required, to complete all work as described in the provided Statement of Work (SOW).

This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses using NAICS code of 333415 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors and a small business size standard of 1250 employees.

The Government contemplates award of a Firm-Fixed Price order resulting from this solicitation.
