The purpose of this amendment is to adjust the statement of work and answer questions.
Both documents are attached.
Ensure the A 02 - Amended Statement of Work is acknowledged and B 08 - Forklift Questions/Answers are utilized when submitting quotes.
The changes to the Amended Statement of Work include: i. and vii. adjusting the minimum MFH down to 157 inches vi. fork length has been adjusted to 42 inches x. tires shall be air pneumatic. xi. ground clearance shall be in the industry standard range for 5k Electric Forklifts This solicitation is in accordance with RFO 12.201 and constitutes the only solicitation.
Quotes are being requested.
The Minnesota National Guard has a requirement to purchase two electric 5K Forklifts with further details of the requirement being provided in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).
Delivery is FOB Destination to Camp Ripley Training Center (CRTC) in Little Falls, MN.
This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set Aside.
AWARD SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS (Short of Award): The Government anticipates awarding a contract from this solicitation; however, award is contingent upon the availability of fiscal year 2026 funds.
This solicitation is being issued "short of award" as funds are not presently available but are highly anticipated by September 30, 2026.
The Government is under no obligation to make an award if funds do not become available.
Questions are due seven days prior to the solicitation close date.
