This is a notice of intent to sole source a contract under the authority of RFO FAR 12.102, only one source being available to meet the Government’s need.
The contract is estimated for final completion by 10/15/2026.

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit a firm fixed price order for Standing Step Through Lifts with IndeeLift, Inc, 5143 Tesla Rd, Livermore, CA 94550.
There are no other sources that will satisfy agency requirements for the necessary equipment.
Only the Standing Step Through Lift manufactured by IndeeLift, Inc is a direct replacement for previously utilized Brewer LiftMate models which have been discontinued.
Only the Standing Step Through model from IndeeLift, Inc. provides the mobility and flexibility in terms of location utilization while integrating automated, adjustable foot support.
This combination of features makes the SST model a unique product which is only sold directly by IndeeLift, Inc.
Any responsible source that feels it is capable in performing this requirement may submit a quote for the listed items from the solicitation and describe and/or submit documentation to support your capabilities.
The response will be considered by the agency.
