Title: Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Ontologize, Inc.The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of the Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic?s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order on a noncompetitive basis to Ontologize, Inc., a small business, to purchase the following live, in-person instructor-led official Palantir trainings and assessments: one four-day Engineering training course for up to 25 participants and one four-day Maven/Gaia/AIP training course for up to 25 participants, resulting in the corresponding Palantir certification(s).The Government intends to negotiate solely with Ontologize, Inc., under the authority of FAR 12.102.
Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
The NAICS Code is 611420 with a size standard of $16,000,000 and the Product/Service Code is U099.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation.
Responses to the pre-solicitation notice can be submitted via the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation portal at https://piee.eb.mil by 24 July 2026.
All responses received by 24 July 2026 at 1200 will be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.All responding vendors must be registered to the System for Award Management (SAM).
