The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 07 (NCO 07), hereby provides notice of its intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price for the Research Services of Advanced Bladder Cancer to University of Alabama at Birmingham Department of Urology located at 510 20th Street South LHFOT 1122 Birmingham, AL 35233.

The contract is expected to be awarded under the authority of 41 U.S.C.

3304(a)(1), as implemented by RFO 12.102(a)– Restricting competition.

A justification for Single Source Awards for Other Than Full and Open Competition has been prepared.

The anticipated award date is July 27, 2026.

The Contractor shall provide upon request the Research Services of Advanced Bladder Cancer for (1) one base year and (3) three option years.

These services will be performed at the Birmingham VA Medical Center 700 South 19th Street Birmingham, AL 35233.
