This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included within this notice.

Solicitation, Evaluation and Award(s) will be in conjunction with policies and procedures as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

Best Value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: PRICE, TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE, DELIVERY (ARO), AND PAST PERFORMANCE.
