The purpose of this amendment is to revise the solicitation to reflect answers provided to questions received and to extend the Phase 1 submission due date to 1PM EDT July 31, 2026.
A document titled "AMD 0001 REVISION SUMMARY" is also provided below which clearly identifies all of the changes made to the solicitation document.
Due to the amount of revisions that were necessary the "70T05026R5900N005 AMD 0001" document effectively replaces the initial 70T05026R5900N005 1449 posted.
