The DLA-Aviation is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the government’s required for an Autoclave upgrade and retrofit of an existing Thermal Equipment Corporation (TEC) composite autoclave system at Fleet Readiness Center East, Cherry Point, North Carolina.

Upgrade and retrofit is a turnkey effort.

In addition to the upgrade/retrofit, the government requires: training on the upgraded system, tech data (manuals/drawings), installation, rigging, removal of equipment, shipping, and IUID tag.

The autoclave retrofit requires Allen-Bradley components for the control and human-machine interface (HMI) as documented in the purchase description attached to this posting.

No substitutes are permitted on the Allen-Bradley components cited in the purchase description.
