THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ).
A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.
In accordance with FAR 6.103-1, The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for: One Mycronic MYPRO S30 Stencil Printer Machine, One Mycronic MYPRO PI PICO 3D Solder Paste Inspection Machine, One Mycronic MYPRO A40LX-17 Pick-and-Place Machine, One Mycronic SMT Line Automatic Loader, Nine Mycronic SMT Line Conveyor ED600, One Mycronic SMT Line Conveyor ED1200, One Mycronic SMT Line Workstation ED1200WS, One Mycronic SMT Line Turn Unit 610MM, Installation, integration, and commissioning, On-site operator and maintenance training, and Technical documentation and warranty support.
To Mycronic Inc. (Mycronic) 554 Clark Rd., Tewksbury, MA 01876 as the only source as it must work with the government’s existing MYPRO Stencil Printer, MYPRO Solder Paste Inspection and MYPRO Pick-and-Place which are all proprietary to Mycronic.
THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 7/30/2026 at 4:00 PM EST.
The written response shall reference solicitation number N6893626Q5167 and must provide a clear and concise capability statement to show the ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability and schedule.
