NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S): The Massachusetts Air National Guard intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to award a single firm fixed price contract (FFP) for a Brand Name Only requirement for (15) Zoll Automated External Defibrillators (AED) to support Public Access Defibrillator (PAD) requirements for federal facilities, as defined in the attached Purchase Description and Name Brand Justification.
