Title: Acoustic Imaging Camera This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This requirement is a total small business set-aside.
The 189th Airlift Wing requires an acoustic imaging camera that meets all of the following minimum technical specifications: Acoustic Sensor Array: Must feature an array of exactly or no fewer than 124 low-noise MEMS microphones.
Frequency Range: Must support an operational acoustic bandwidth of 2 kHz to 130 kHz.
Detection Range: Must be capable of detecting anomalies at distances up to 200 meters (656 feet).
Visual Camera Integration: Must include a minimum 12-Megapixel color digital camera with up to 8x digital zoom for real-time acoustic overlay.
On-Device Analytics: Must be capable of providing on-device, real-time cost and leak volume estimation for compressed air as well as specialty gases (including hydrogen, CO, methane, helium, and argon).
Display: Must feature a 5-inch resistive touchscreen display (minimum 1280 720 resolution).
Environmental Protection: Must possess an IP54 industrial rating (or higher) for dust and water resistance.
