What this contract is for
Hello This Amendment No. 1 is hereby made part of the above-referenced Request for Quotation. Except as expressly modified herein, all other terms, conditions, and requirements of the RFQ remain unchanged. 1. Revision to Technical Requirements The solicitation is hereby revised to permit offers for equivalent products as per the statement below; The parts or model numbers are listed for reference purposes only. Any alternate products being offered shall have equivalent, or greater, performance parameters to those specified. Suppliers that are offering alternate products shall list the manufacturer, model, and part numbers for the product. When quoting an alternate product, please provide sufficient documentation to permit thorough evaluation of the equivalency of your offer to the product specified. BSA reserves the right to determine equivalency. 2. Statement of Work A Statement of Work (SOW) is hereby incorporated into the solicitation and is attached as Attachment 1 – Statement of Work. Offerors shall review the SOW in its entirety and ensure their quotations address all applicable requirements. 3. Extension of RFQ Closing Date The quotation due date is hereby extended as follows: Original Due Date: 7/15/2026 at 5pm Est Revised Due Date: 7/24/2026 at 5pm Est All quotations must be received no later than the revised due date and time. 4. Acknowledgement Submission of a quotation after issuance of this amendment shall constitute acknowledgement of this amendment.
