Â The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is conducting market research to identify vendors capable of providing a Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) refit and maintenance services for an Eaton 9390 Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system located at the Clement J. The contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and other resources necessary to perform the required services.
