Notice of Intent to Sole Source The U.S.

Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Knox, 199 6th Avenue, Suite 250, Fort Knox, KY, 40121, intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Esports Foundry, Inc., (UEI: MT9KUNBZNW67 | CAGE Code: 01V87), located at 77 E Wilson Bridge Road, Suite 207, Worthington, Ohio 43085 2324.

The procurement is for Esports automation equipment that will integrate with the existing U.S.

Army Esports Team gaming stage.

The equipment and fully functioning system shall be delivered and installed within 90 days of award.

This action is being conducted under FAR Part 12 (DFARS CD 2026-O00028), Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is simplified acquisition procedures for commercial products and commercial services, Title 41 U.S.C.

1901, as implemented by FAR 12.102(a) (DFARS CD 2026-O0028), Only one source is available valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold.

However, interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet this requirement within the required timeframe.

All capability statements must be received no later than September 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

Submitted capability statements shall include sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to meet the requirement, including relevant experience, pricing information (if available), and supporting documentation.
