The Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk, Contracting Department Groton Office, Groton, CT intends to award a Sole Source, Firm Fixed-Price, Purchase Order to Gerber Technology, LLC – Lectra for AccuMark CAD Pattern Design Software Subscription License Renewal and Equipment Support for a Base Year and two (2) one-year option periods with a period of performance from 01 October 2026 to 30 September 2029, with an anticipated award 9/28/2026.

This acquisition will be conducted using Simplified Procedures for commercial services in accordance with FAR Part 12, as implemented by the Department of War (DoW) Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Class Deviations.

The Government intends to solicit with only one source under the authority of FAR 12.102(a) to restrict competition for an acquisition valued below the Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).

Streamlined commercial acquisition procedures will be utilized pursuant to FAR 12.201-1.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotations.

However, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to [email protected] to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to compete this requirement.

Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to determine that an equivalent service exists that would meet the Government's needs as stated herein.

A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
