Amendment A0002: The government is reopening and extending the solicitation as a result of receiving no responsive ISBEE quotes at a fair and reasonable price.
The government withdrawals the ISBEE set-aside and revises the set-aside to 100% Small Business.
Current quotations will be included in the final evaluation unless rescinded or revised.
