The City of Palm Desert ("City") is requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Civic Center Park Landscaping and Facility Improvements, Project No. CFA00011 ("Project"). The Project generally consists of landscape, irrigation, lighting, hardscape, site, and related improvements surrounding the Taffy public art installation within Civic Center Park, together with improvements to nearby park restroom facilities and other designated landscaped areas within the park. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, utilities, and incidental services necessary to complete the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents, including the plans, specifications, Bid Schedule, and all issued Addenda.
