The South Dakota National Guard has a requirment for a Yellow Ribbon Event to be held on 7 - 8 November 2026 in Sioux Falls, SD.

This requirement consists of Meeting Spaces, Meals, audio/visual equipment, and food/beveraage will be secured by the selected offeror with montoring from the Yellow Ribbon POC.

This event will approximately 275 Adults and 65 Youth (ages 6-17).

This solicitation is 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside and award will be a Firm Fixed Price Contract.

All offerors must have an ACTIVE SAM registration at the time of the solicitation closing (15 Sep 2026 @ 12pm MDT).

Contract Award is subject to availability of FY27 Funds. ***Edited 31 August 2026*** - email was incorrect on original post.
