Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued [RFO12.202(b)(1)] Solicitation number W50S9A-26-Q-A019 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for 1 EA, AAR Mobility Systems Green ISU-96RC Refrigerated Container (Part Number: 50148001).

The Utah Air National Guard (UTANG) intends to negotiate on a Sole Source basis with AAR Manufacturing Inc. for a mobile refrigeration unit ISU-96RC.

FSS operates an ESPEK field kitchen for austere food preparation but lacks any organic cold-storage capability.

Acquiring a mobile cold-storage asset would support Agile Combat Employment by enabling a fully self-sustained feeding and storage capability while eliminating reliance on vulnerable, costly commercial or DLA subsistence storage contracts.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns.
