Introduction/Background The U.S.

Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armaments Center (DEVCOM AC) Munitions Engineering Technology Center (METC), Medium and Cannon Caliber Munitions Division FCDD-ACM-MJ at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is issuing this sources sought notice to conduct market research to determine the ability to perform complete life cycle engineering for a wide variety of munition systems across DEVCOM AC for various customers.

This includes exploratory, advanced and engineering development, experimental testing, quality engineering, evaluation and qualification of munition systems and component concepts, as well as production and manufacturing engineering for munition systems and components.
