This Advance Notice Is for the Team Submarine follow-on for Combat Systems Contractor Support Services (CSS) requirement for program management, financial and business management, technical and engineering management, and integrated logistics support.
The LOE is approx.
1.5M hours.
The PoP is for one (1) base year and four (4) option years.
The RFP is est. for Q4 of FY26 for an est. period of 50 calendar days.
This requirement is anticipated to be Unrestricted.
The NAICS is 541330; the PSC is R408.
The required FCL is anticipated as Secret and required Safeguarding is anticipated as Secret.
Award is on a best value trade-off basis, including Technical, Past Performance, and Cost evaluation factors.
Pass/Fail requirements also apply, including a SB Participation requirement of 35%.
This is a total follow-on to N0017819D7264/N6660422F3007 with Booz Allen Hamilton.
