The Naval Facilities Engineering and Expeditionary Warfare Center (NAVFAC EXWC) is conducting market research and seeking sources for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Hybrid Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) Single Award Contract; for ARCHITECTURAL-ENGINEER (A/E) services to be conducted worldwide.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330 – Engineering Services, and the annual size standard is $25,500,000.00.

Forthcoming RFP format will be an SF330.

All businesses, including small businesses, service-disabled Veteran-owed small businesses, Veteran Owned small businesses, certified HUB-Zone small businesses, certified 8(a) concerns, Woman-Owned Small, and large businesses are encouraged to respond.

The information received will be used to formulate the strategy for establishing a set-aside or reserve for small business categories.

NAVFAC EXWC anticipates awarding one (1) contract.

The aggregate value of all Task Orders issued under the contract resulting from this solicitation shall not exceed $150,000,000 over the sixty-month ordering period, and the four (4) one-year options, if exercised.

Multiple Task Orders may be awarded with similar delivery schedules requiring the selected firm to provide services with overlapping work/delivery dates.

Individual Task Orders can range between $100,000 and $6,000,000, with obligated amounts per order anticipated to range between $125,000 to $5,900,000.
