The U.S.

Marshals Service (USMS), Justice Prisoner and Alien Transportation System (JPATS) intends to negotiate and award under the authority of RFO Part 6 to Aviation Technical Services, 3121 109th St.

SW, Everett, WA 98204-3500 for Hangar Space for one (1) JPATS owned Boeing B737 series aircraft during inclement weather.

The period of performance will be from October 1, 2026 – September 30, 2027.

This requirement will be solicited in accordance with the authority of RFO Part 6.103-1(b).

The intent of this notice is for informational purposes only.

This Notice of Intent is neither a formal solicitation nor a request for competitive proposals.

No award will be made on the basis of unsolicited quotations or offers received in response to this notice.

However, any information received within fifteen days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.

Information in response to this notice must be addressed in writing via e-mail to Victor J.

Stamps, Contracting Officer, at [email protected]. no later than 11:00 am CST on September 18, 2026.

No phone calls regarding questions will be accepted and will not receive a response.

The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice.
