NASA Shared Services Center is hereby soliciting information from potential sources for Real Estate and Facilities Services Support to provide real estate and facilities advisory services to support NASA's real property portfolio, including real estate feasibility and development studies, USPAP-compliant appraisal and valuation services, lease-versus-build trade studies and portfolio optimization analysis, title research and legal description support, Enhanced Use Leasing (EUL) advisory services, brokerage support for unique federal assets, on-site real property support at NASA Centers, and market research for specialized and non-traditional federal assets.
The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including all socioeconomic categories of Small Businesses (SB) and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Institutions (MI) for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for Real Estate and Facilities Services Support.
Vendors are encouraged to demonstrate capabilities as a prime, subcontractor and/or teaming partner.
The Government reserves the right to consider a Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB), HUBZone, Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside based on responses received.
Respondents are requested to provide informed input on realistic and appropriate SB subcontracting and/or participation goals for the specific requirement.
This type of feedback supports NASA’s market research and helps ensure the acquisition strategy is aligned with actual industry capability.

Official solicitation and documents
The full solicitation, any attachments, and the actual submission instructions live on the official listing, not on this page. Oppward summarizes public record data; it does not host or mirror the source documents.
Oppward is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by SAM.gov or any government agency. This page is a plain-English summary of public record data; the linked source above is the authoritative listing.
How to bid on this
This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.
- Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
- Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
- Check the set-aside listed above and confirm your business actually qualifies for it before you spend time on a proposal. See our guide to set-asides if the category is unfamiliar.
- Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
