This requirement is brand name or equal to the GEM e6 6 Passenger On-Road Low Speed Electric Vehicle (GEM/Waev); the named product establishes the required class and capability and is not intended to restrict competition.

The Government intends to issue a firm-fixed-price purchase order for this project.
