The software subscription will provide access for approximately 150 EPA and state users and support the RCRA hazardous waste financial assurance program by providing current, reliable cost data for evaluating facility closure and post-closure care estimates. (ii) The Government intends to award a sole-source purchase order using the simplified procedures for commercial products and commercial services under FAR Part 12.

This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
