The U.S.

Embassy London has a requirement for the supply and delivery of one (1) new, professional hydrostatic front-deck mower with permanent four-wheel drive (4WD), a front-mounted cutting deck of not less than 1,800 mm, and a grass collection system with raised discharge height, in accordance with the attached specification.

The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) quotation that meets all mandatory requirements of the solicitation.

The successful vendor will be required to deliver the equipment to a London address, provide comprehensive operator instruction, and support servicing and repair exclusively through the manufacturer's accredited service engineers and genuine spare parts.

The full solicitation package including the detailed equipment specification, mandatory submission requirements, and quotation form is available for download with this notice.

Offerors should review all attached documents in full before submitting a quotation.

Quotations must be submitted electronically to [email protected], referencing Solicitation No.

19UK5626Q0055 in the subject line.

Quotations must be received no later than 17:00 British Summer Time (BST) on September 18, 2026.

Late quotations may not be considered.

Official solicitation and documents

The full solicitation, any attachments, and the actual submission instructions live on the official listing, not on this page. Oppward summarizes public record data; it does not host or mirror the source documents.

How to bid on this

This is a contract solicitation, not a grant. To bid, you submit a proposal (usually a price and a description of how you would do the work) directly to the government, through the channel the official listing specifies, not through Oppward.

  1. Make sure your business has an active SAM.gov registration. You cannot be paid on a federal contract without one.
  2. Read the full solicitation on the official listing above, especially the scope of work, not just this summary. Our guide to reading a solicitation walks through what to look for.
  3. Check the set-aside listed above and confirm your business actually qualifies for it before you spend time on a proposal. See our guide to set-asides if the category is unfamiliar.
  4. Submit your proposal by the deadline, using the exact submission method the official listing states. A technically on-time bid sent the wrong way is often treated as late.
