The Department is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive geolocational tracking and telematic hardware and software services for the City's fleet of vehicles and equipment. The selected vendor shall provide all hardware and software related to real-time tracking of the fleet. This should include equipment, storage of telematics data, training, and support. The City has a strong preference for a SaaS/cloud/hosted solution. The target start of the contract term is January 2027 with a term of five (5) years.
