See Attached RFQ This notice is intent to Sole Source with Electromet Corporation This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, the Government will consider all quotes received by 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time on 21 July 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
