Solicitation Number: N/A (Market Research Only - THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME) Requirement Title: Undersea Submergence Buoy Notice Type: Request for Information / Sources Sought Response by Date: September 18, 2026 Requisition Number: RFISS-180 Synopsis: The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division (NUWC), Keyport is issuing this sources sought notice as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having the resources, interest, and capability to provide the Undersea Submergence Buoy in accordance with the [X] attached drawings and/or [ ] statement of work.

This request for capability information does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP); submission of any information in response to this announcement is purely voluntary and the Government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred.

Please complete the attached “Questionnaire for Industry” Word document and return it via email to [email protected] no later than September 18, 2026.
