NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support (NAVSUP WSS) Philadelphia intends to solicit on acompetitive basis for the Repair of the items below: NOMENCLATURE:ACTUATOR,MECHANICAL NSN:7RH 1680 014833206 KB PART NUMBER:8118A PLATFORM:KC-130J QTY:16 Limited Sources permitted by 10 USC 3204 (a)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).The Government intends to acquire these supplies using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 15.

Based upon market re search, the Government is may use the policies contained in FAR Part 12, Acqu isition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies.

This is a competitive procurement, approved sources are CEF INDUSTRIES LLC (00268), ALLCLEAR REPAIR SERVICES, INC. (1YUC5), and S3 AERODEFENSE LLC (1YUC5) and it is expected that award will be made to one of these firms.

Any firm which is not already approved to manufacture this material must submit a SourceApproval Request, SAR.

This procurement will not be delayed to wait for a SAR approval.

This notice of intent is a request for competitive proposals.

Proposals may be emailed to the below email address and must be received on or before on the closing date listed on page 1 of the solicitation.

This procurement is not a Total Small Business Set-Aside.

Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation.

The approximate issue date for the Solicitation will be August 23, 2026.

No telephone requests will be honored and no hard copies will be mailed out.
