General Announcement THIS NOTICE OF INTENT/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY.

Program Manager, Intelligence and Cyberspace Operations (PM ICO) within Portfolio Acquisition Executive – Marine Corps (PAE-MC) provides this sources sought and notice of intent to award on a sole-source basis in accordance with 10 United States Code (U.S.C.) §3204 (a)(1), as implemented by the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1(b) to Anduril Industries Inc., 1400 Anduril, Costa Mesa CA 92626-1548, CAGE: 85LD7, Unique Entity Identifier: KC3CH2MSK7Q3.

The PMICO has a requirement for the procurement of fifteen (15) Maritime Targeting Cell (MTC) Shelter Systems, comprising (8) eight Operator Shelters and seven (7) Processing Shelters.

These highly specialized, expeditionary, road-transportable, dual-shelter systems are required to support the urgent operational imperatives and timelines of the MTC program.

These systems will provide a secure, self-contained, and ruggedized operating environment for conducting sensitive intelligence operations in contested and austere forward-deployed environments.

Basis for Sole-Source Justification Comprehensive market research was conducted across industry, including the evaluation of various vendor capability statements submitted in response to a previously posted Request for Information.

Based on the responses received and technical analysis of market capabilities, the following was determined: Intended Source & Lack of Competition: Anduril Industries Inc. (1400 Anduril, Costa Mesa CA 92626-1548) is the only known source capable of satisfying the Government’s urgent operational requirements without unacceptable technical risk, cost duplication, and schedule delay.
