This is a Sole Source Notice posted in accordance with RFO 5.201(b)(1)(i).
The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), California State Office (BLM California), requests the BLM Programs Contracting Office to contract on a sole source basis to procure commercial internet services from Pacific Bell Telephone Company for 25 remote fields and administrative offices across the state of California.
This purchase will be conducted under the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul commercial procedures at RFO 12.201-1.
This action is justified under RFO 6.103-1(b), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
A firm fixed-price award is anticipated.
