What this contract is for
1.0 Overview The Govrnment intends to solicit a Call against the existing PACER Broad Agency Announcement (BAA) FA239123S2403 for a project entitled Relentless Wolfpack. The Govenrment anticipates utilizing an Other Transaction (OT) Agreement featuring Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) milestone payments for this effort. Prior to issuing the formal Call, the Government is seeking industry feedback ont he Draft Statement of Objectives (SOO) and the proposed agreement structure. 2.0 Access to Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) The Draft SOO for Relentless Wolfpack contains Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). In order to receive a copy of the SOO, interested companies must meet strict security and data handling requriements. The SOO will only be provided to companies that can demonstrate they meet both of the following prerequisities: 1. Active DD Form 2345: A current and approved Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement on file with the Joint Certification Program (JCO). 2. CMMC Level 2 Compliance: A vrified Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 status (or equivalent NIST SP 800-171 assessment score indicating Level 2 capability) actively logged in the Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS). Interested vendors who meet the above criteria must submit an email to the Contracting/Agreements Officer Primary and Alternate. The request must include: Company Name and CAGE Code. A copy of your approved DD Form 2345. Confirmation of your CMMC Level 2 / NIST 800-171 status in SPRS (the Govenrment will independently verify this in the SPRS database).
