Update 0001 dated 1 September 2026 The purpose of Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W912LR26QA040 is to extend the deadline for receipt of quotations and provide formal notification regarding the closure of the question submission period.
Quotation Deadline Extension: The deadline for receipt of quotations is hereby extended from 3 September 2026, 2:00 PM AST (Local Puerto Rico Time) to 16 September 2026, 4:00 PM AST (Local Puerto Rico Time).
This extension provides the Government sufficient time to consolidate, review, and issue official responses to all vendor Requests for Information (RFIs) received.
Closure of Question Submission Period: Notice is hereby given that the question submission period has officially closed.
No additional questions or RFIs will be accepted or entertained by the Government.
Official Q&A Release: Official responses to all timely submitted vendor questions will be posted via a subsequent amendment on SAM.gov.
Terms and Conditions: All other terms, conditions, clauses, specifications, and provisions of the original solicitation remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
Mandatory Acknowledgment: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 prior to the revised closing date and time (September 16, 2026, 4:00 PM AST) by completing and signing Block 15 of Standard Form 30 (SF 30) or by including an explicit acknowledgment within their submitted quotation package.
