The Notice of Intent to Restrict Competition – Patient Monitor Performance Care and Repair Services for Nihon Kohden Patient Monitoring System.

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS), Shiprock Service Unit located in Shiprock, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price award with Nihon Kohden America, LLC (UEI: EJLPACMPZUE5).

Nihon Kohden America, LLC is the only vendor capable of providing performance care and repair services to the existing Nihon Kohden patient monitoring system currently installed at the facility.

The NAICS code is 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, with an associated small business size standard of $34.0 millions of dollars.

The Period of Performance will be for a base plus (2) option periods, each period will consist of 12-month period from the date of award.
