1 September 2026 – FA8809-26-R-B002 Amendment 0002 The purpose of Amendment 0002 is to update Section L&M, in addition to updates to Attachment 1 – HADES Basic IDIQ PWS, Attachment 2 – Ordering Instructions, Attachment 3 - Award Fee Plan, Attachment 8 - Rights in Data, and Exhibit A – HADES IDIQ CDRLs.

The ceiling for the IDIQ has also been increased to $389M.

The ceiling increase is due to updated assumptions regarding possible future work on the HADES contract.

Additionally, Questions and Answers received since Amendment 0001 are included with this posting.

Two documents are included in the bidder’s library regarding posting an offer on the PIEE Solicitation module.
