This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and quotes are being requested.
The contracting office notified vendors that this solicitation is subject to RFO Clause 52.232-18, "Availability of Funds".
Funds are not presently available for this contract.
The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the contracting officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer.
Please reference the attached documents "RFQ Combo - Deployable Tents.pdf" and "Salient Characteristics for Deployable Training Shelter.pdf" for instructions on how to submit a quote, and the relevant specifications.
Please note that the quantity count listed in the RFQ is already filled in with the requested number of shelter systems.
Additionally, please note that, per the RFQ Instructions, all submissions must include a completed copy of Section 6 - 9 of the combo solicitation.
These sections cover all required information and failure to provide all sections may result in the quote being considered non-responsive.
Questions to the Contracting Officer are due the 7th of September, 2026.
Offers are due the 14th of September, 2026 at 1700 HST.
Delivery is to be made FOB: Destination to 75 H St., Bldg 1201, JBPH-Hickam, Hi, 96853.
