This requirement is for a commercial service to conduct a Gas Leakage Detection Survey on approximately 244,770 LF of the natural gas distribution system at Luke AFB, AZ, in compliance with CFR 49 Part 192 and the Arizona Corporation Commission.
Quotes in response to the Request for Quote (RFQ) Must be emailed to the Point of Contact listed below.
Contractors that respond to this RFQ acknowledge and agree with all instructions and procedures described herein.
An optional site visit will be available by request on 15 September 2026 at 1000 AM.
All questions must be submitted by close of business on 15 September 2026.
Answers will be attached to the RFQ by close of business 18 September 2026.
Notice to Offeror(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort.
No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available.
The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date.
In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
