The New York District of the U.S.

Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 8250 square feet of usable square feet of commercial office space and parking for seven (7) vehicles and located within a one-quarter mile radius of North Main Street, North Syracuse New York.

The office space must have a secondary egress.

Lessor must use the Government form of lease.

Responses should contain a proposed rental amount (to include water/sewer, CAM, real estate taxes, and insurance).
