Department of Transportation, Federal Aviation Administration is seeking competitive lease proposals for industrial flex space in Support of Federal Aviation Administration field operations.

Delineated Area: North: E Leverett Road East: IL–130 South: County Road 700 N West: S Staley Road Buildings that have frontage on the boundary streets are deemed to be within the delineated Area of Consideration.

Buildings outside of the search area will not be considered.

Lease Term: 10 years (see Government termination rights in the draft lease paragraph TERMINATION FOR CONVENIENCE) Space Requirements Minimum ABOA RSF: 5,374 Maximum ABOA RSF: 6,374 Space shall be contiguous on the same floor.
