The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), hereby gives notice of their intent to sole source a firm fixed price contract to Green Street Advisors LLC, 100 Bayview Cir, Ste 400, Newport Beach, CA 92660-2984.

On a sole source basis utilizing procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 12.201-1, Simplified Procedures.

This requirement is for the Commercial Mortgage Alert enterprise subscription.

The subscription provides independent, objective, and third-party research unaffiliated with any commercial brokerage firm, investment bank, or lending operation.

The information includes data about public and private real estate capital allocation trends, Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) markets, commercial real estate, and analysis of trends affecting market.

Green Street Advisors LLC remains the only vendor capable of meeting the OCC’s technical, supervisory, and mission-critical needs.

Period of Performance: 10/07/2026 through 10/06/2027, plus four (4) option periods This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, the Government will consider responses from all responsible sources received before the closing date of this notice.

Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice.

Any responses received will only be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct competitive procurement in lieu of the sole source described in this notice, and such determination shall be made at the sole discretion of the OCC.
