BPA Call Order Exceeding $20,000 Synopsis Requisition 1167578 The USDA Forest Service (FS).

Procurement & Property Services (PPS) is issuing this special notice as a means of complying with USDA Acquisition Regulation (AGAR), SUBPART 412.201-1, requiring that all calls above $20,000 be posted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE).

The USDA FS intends on awarding a competitive BPA Call Order against the LMIR BPA to secure services secure services for Timber Stand Improvement thinning, bucking, and hand pilling on 421 acres (165 acres mandatory and 256 acres optional).

Only activity created fuels will be treated via hand cut and hand pile or grapple piling.

Units are in plantations that were previously planted in the 1990s.

12363N23Q4023 The Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR) is a National BPA that consists of a large variety of work including Professional Services, Natural Resources Restoration, Project Management, NEPA, Communications, and more.

The BPA can be utilized on all Forests and Grasslands and is available for all federal agencies to utilize.
