The City of Santa Fe is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to solicit industry feedback in advance of a future competitive Request for Proposals (RFP) for Phase One horizontal infrastructure improvements at the Midtown Redevelopment Site, formerly the Santa Fe University of Art and Design and the College of Santa Fe. The Midtown Redevelopment Site is planned as a high-density, mixed-use development that will support commercial and residential uses consistent with the adopted Midtown Master Plan. The City is seeking industry input to help refine the project scope, procurement strategy, and contract requirements prior to issuing a formal solicitation. A procurement library containing approximately 90 percent design drawings is provided for informational purposes. The drawings remain under review by the infrastructure design team, City staff, and utility partners and may be revised before a future solicitation is issued. The City will host an Industry Outreach Event at the Midtown Redevelopment Site on September 17 th , 2026 . Attendance is not mandatory but is strongly encouraged. The presentation materials, questions received, and responses provided during the event will be documented and incorporated into the procurement library for reference during the future solicitation process. No cost information shall be included. This RFI is for the sole purpose of acquiring information.
