Award under this RLP will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations. City: Woodbury State: NJ Delineated Area: North: From the intersection of I-295 and Berkley Road (the Point of Beginning), travel northeast on I-295 to NJ Route 130. Go north on NJ Route 130 to Big Timber Creek/the Delaware River. Continue north, on the Delaware River to the Walt Whitman Bridge (I-76). East: Travel east and then south on I-76 to the NJ Turnpike. South: Continue southwest along the NJ Turnpike to Mantua Road. West: Go northwest on Mantua Road to Berkley Road. Continue west on Berkley Road to I-295, the Point of Beginning.
