This is a notice of intent to award a single source contract pursuant to Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 12.102(a): For purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), Contracting Officers may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.

Hill Blvd, Joint Base Lindsey Graham (JBLG), SC intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order to VirTra, Inc. for the procurement of one (1) turnkey VirTra V-180® HD Immersive Use-of-Force and Marksmanship Training System (P/N: V-180-HD-TC-PT) supporting security training operations.The anticipated award date is Tuesday, 15 Sep 2026.

The requirement encompasses the 180-degree front-projection simulator, proprietary TrackCam laser tracking system, APEX™ analytics software, tetherless laser recoil conversion kits for service-issued M4 rifles and Sig Sauer M18 pistols, and complete on-site CONUS installation and operator training.
